王雪峰

1、个人简历

      王雪峰,男,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师,马传染病与慢病毒病研究创新团队,主要从事马传染性贫血病毒及慢病毒复制调控、致病机制等相关研究。以马传贫弱毒疫苗为模型,系统分析马传贫病毒进化规律,为揭示马传贫弱毒疫苗致弱机制提供依据。在此基础上,进一步探讨EIAV基因变异与病毒复制、毒力及免疫原性的关系。系统地完成了EIAV弱毒疫苗及其强毒株在体外体内的遗传演化研究,提出并证实了“囊膜多样性是EIAV弱毒疫苗诱导免疫保护的关键因素”的假设;建立了EIAV高效表达的反向遗传系统,为EIAV致病机制研究提供了重要的平台;建立了EIAV微量中和抗体检测方法,完成了EIAV弱毒疫苗免疫马中和抗体的消涨规律研究;发现跨膜蛋白胞外区V/I505T突变影响蛋白结构稳定性,增加了病毒对温度的敏感性;发现EIAV囊膜蛋白羧基端调控囊膜蛋白切割和细胞内定位,进而影响病毒释放。主持和参加国家自然基金青年项目、面上项目和国家重大科技专项等课题10多项,发表学术论文60余篇,在Journal of VirologyRetrovirologyVirusesJournal of General Virology等学术期刊上发表SCI论文近30篇(第一作者7篇),获第十二届全国病毒学会获“优秀青年论文二等奖”及其他学术奖励3项、参编专著1部。
